All my life I had a very capricious skin. When I was a teen my skin had rashes quite always, and I used very strong skin products to get rid of them, but they very useful not all the time. That led to a very bad occasion when my skin got used to all the drugs and started to reject them all – my skin was crazy like hell! Of course now I have quite normal skin, without terrible redness and acne but it is only because I understood that I shouldn’t have used so many strong treatments at a time.
Now I have only a few of skin care treatments in which I trust and use for almost a year. La Roche-Posay Micellar Water, I use it to remove makeup and simply clean the skin. The water is gentle and light, with a pleasant green tea fragrance and it is absorbed quickly. After this I apply a moisturizing and correcting cream La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo, which soothes skin and reduces the redness and rash that can appear in the future. Very nice texture that is absorbed quickly too. Use it in the morning and before going to sleep. For the eyes I have a very good product La Roche-Posay Active C. I apply just a small dot for each eye because the cream is quite thick and it needs some time to be absorbed.
The next magical product can be used as for the face and for the body too. Avene Cold Cream is a real savior! Some dryness, burning or skin somewhere cracked – this cream will repair everything. Usually I use it in the morning and before sleep on my lips instead of a chapstick, but also I apply it on hands. But we also shouldn’t forget about nails. Many girls when they prepare the manicure cut cuticles and actually I can’t understand that. Yes, it can crack but we can repair it quite easily. I really love Christian Dior Creme Abricot which softens cuticles makes them very accurate. It takes long time for the oil to be absorbed that’s why I really recommend you to apply it before you go to sleep or as a manicure final stage.
These are my favorite everyday and every night beauty products. In summer I use also a thermal water and a few more things but about them I will write later. But it is not enough for your skin and body to use the beauty products. You also need to pay attention to other things like:
- Sleep 8 hours minimum.
- No junk and fat food. Eat healthy.
- Decrease sugar.
- Minimum 1.5 liters of water a day.
- Don’t forget about vitamin complex.
- You can make a detox procedures in a month.
- And of course to need to pay attention on the beauty and skin care you are using.
